If you are in the unfortunate position where you cannot post a help question into the Support Center or PM someone because you cannot log in and you need assistance please email webmaster@mymonte.com

DO NOT SEND A PERSONAL IM TO ANY MOD OR ADMINISTRATOR ASKING TO HAVE YOUR ACCOUNT REACTIVATED.

Send an email and we will get to it when we can. If you persist in sending any of us IMs do not be surprised if your account is never reactivated.
