will spark plugs that say they are for a 3400 work with the 3100?

also is their any performance coils for the 3100? and where can i get them?

3100/3400 plugs are the same... they're also the same as LS1 plugs, 3800 plugs, 4.8, 5.3, 6.0 plugs... etc.

Stock coils will do just fine.

thats why i was asking

i know my stock coils work fine but one i dropped a wrench on and broke the case, still works great. so i was just seeing what they had available.

you can get MSD coils for around $130 shipped for three... but i wouldnt replace the stockers unless they went bad..

I used the NGk tr55s with the taylor wires 8mm, but stock coil packs work fine, now im havin trans prob though....

yeah i was going to race my sisters 4.6 thunderbird but my trans started slipping. but i have not told her shes having brake problems(ha ha fords)
