Well the piece of srap went and ceased up on my a$$.  Since I know nothing of changing out engines, I have to pay some shop to  yank and put in the used one I was able to find.  All together it's gonna cost me $2,000!  Labor costs freakin suck a$$.  Now would be the perfect time to swap in the 3400 I wanted, but hell they would probably charge me another $1000 to do that!

Swapping an engine shouldn't cost more than 600 labor.  3400 swap shouldn't cost any extra either cause its the same damn motor as far as anyone swapping is concerned.  You need to find a better place.  My friend does engine swaps for 450 plus the motor.

I called around to every shop and the labor is around $1000.  The cheapest motor I could find is $650 with 60k on it.  If I didn't need it fixed so fast, it wouldn't be as big of a problem.  Too bad I didn't live closer to Milzy and Buck!!  They would probably give me a hand for alot less than $1000 labor!!
