Last month, "ought to" became "we will" and "we did"...as 65 people from 15 different message boards gathered in Elgin IL on Saturday, July 26. Along with another restaurant asking when we would get together again, several people have suggested we do this "more often".


With that in mind, how does SATURDAY, OCTOBER 18, 2008 sound?

Sometime in the next few weeks, I will contact that other restaurant in South Elgin (along Randall Rd) and see what the owner has in mind.



ALSO:
Some suggested making the summer gathering an ANNUAL event.

Sssooo ... SAVE THE DATE of Saturday, July 25, 2009!

If enough people want to stay overnight this time around, I will get a block of rooms at a local hotel. Then, Sunday, we can check out the Sycamore IL car show.

September 27 ... NMCOA "Mini Meet" at Stillman Valley IL

October 4 ... MidWest MC Meet in St Louis MO

Well i should have posted about the w-body.com meet we had yesturday for you guys. It was a blast as usual and would love to see more 1.5 gen there. I think i was the only one to ever be a "regular" back when i had my 99 lumina
