We are planning on having a show. We have a base hotel picked out. It is the Quality Inn & Suites Conference Center in Bellville, OH. (419) 866-7000. This hotels rates are $98.96 a night (you must say you are with the Monte Carlo group to get that rate). This hotel has a limited number of rooms but there is a hotel right across the street called the Comfort Inn South (419) 8864000. You can stay there for $116.99 a night (must say you are with the Monte Carlo group to get that rate). This hotel has an indoor water park! You can get in free to the water park when you stay there. Both hotels are on the internet so check them out for all they have to offer.
You are probably asking yourself , Why Bellville, OH? Well, the Monte's at MIS show has always been about great Monte's and fast driving, that is no different this year. These hotels are a short drive from Mid Ohio Road Course. A company called MVP Track Time has rented out the track for the weekend and you can take your Monte out on the course! I have no affiliation with MVP Track Time and therefore have nothing to do with them or the cost involved. You will have to visit there web site www.mvptracktime.com and read there restrictions and rules and prices.
Now you DO NOT HAVE TO RACE if you do not want to. You can come for just the car show and other activities that we will be putting on. All this will be going on the weekend of Oct. 16th, 17th, and 18th. All details and schedules have not yet been worked, but the show is a GO! You can reserve your rooms at anytime. I will be putting together a registration form soon. Pre-registration will be $30.00 and will have to be received by Aug. 31. Starting Sep. 1st till Oct. 15th the price will be $40.00. The price to pay at the show is $45.00. If you have any questions email me at montess@bex.net also make sure to spread the word!!!!!The show in mid-ohio is not just open to Monte Carlo's. This year the show will be open to 1970-2007 Monte Carlo's, 2000 and up Impala's, 2010 Camaro's (no older Camaro's), 2006 and up Dodge Chargers, 2006 and up Chrysler 300's, and 2008 and up Dodge Challengers. Thats right so tell your friends and family! Check out http://www.montesspa...20megsfree.com/ for more details.

I was looking at
http://www.mvptracktime.com
and I can't find any information about this event....
Although look at some of the other events prices and requirements ya, don't think I could do that anyways.
What other events and such are going on exactly? The "other activities that we will be putting on"

Well I'm sure you could just go to the show but if you needed/wanted to stay some where the whole weekend you'd have to get a room. But if I read correctly one of the hotels has an indoor waterpark.

You wont be able to find this show on MVP tracktime's web site. This show has nothing to do with them. I am putting the show on at the same time and "close" location to try and still bring in the croud that ran the MIS track for the last few years. You dont have to stay at either of these hotels there are others in the area, I needed these for parking lot reasons. As for the other stuff going on. We are planning on putting on a road rally poker run and a few other things are still up in the air. Great questions everyone, hope to see you all there. Mike
