if your interested in doing this seriously, buy some euro headlights (or just get the lenses at least). buy your projector sets and sit them in, sharpie where it sits in the housing and dremel out small sections until that projector fits snug. the projector becomes part of your new housing, before you epoxy both sides, try to adjust it to where the beam focuses out like your original beam (this is where the difficult parts start to arise) once you have that down, epoxy both parts.
if you dont care how it looks, just stop here and your good to go with projectors pretty much, if you want to build them like izn on that video you will have to get a vac style table of some sorts. On a new dont get me wrong that video you posted is of izn tribl, which is well known for his projector builds with the j-body world, but go to his set and look at how much he charges for his work. (then think about the headache it really is).
I did try this once, but my downfall was I had 90mm projectors, if I went with smaller ones I would not have camaro headlights. I ruined 3 sets of headlight housings before giving it up.

I went with camaro headlights just to be like that small group that does it, and of course I enjoy the look, of course this is no easy task by itself either.
