I don't have a Monte with a 3100 here with me but from the pictures that I've looked at and from what I can tell the mounts for the 3100 are the same as the 3800. Here's a link to ZZP's poly mounts: http://www.zzperform...d=130&catid=138 althought I've heard that the Intense mounts are better for a softer ride which can be found here: http://intense-racin...ategory_Code=BS

They come as a pair, so you'd order one set of the square mounts and one set of the round mounts if you wanted to do both ends of the dogbones.
As for stiffness, with the ZZPs mounts you'll feel more of the vibrations of the engine running, which is mostly only an issue at idle. There are lots of people on clubgp that initially buy ZZP mounts and then switch to Intense to lower the vibrations at idle. I've never been in a car with ZZP mounts personally, but I have both Intense square and round mounts and I'm pretty happy with them.
You might also check out wbodystore.com as they sell the mounts for quite a bit less than either Intense or ZZP.

I have the wbodystore mounts. They get the job done but you definitely notice vibrations much more.
