You need a either reflash the pcm with a tuner or buy an aftermarket pcm.

Anyone here can mail me their pcm (pay shipping both ways) and I'll pull the speed limiter off for 10 bucks.
I can build a faster monte carlo than you.

Yeah, there is no magic trick like getting up there really fast, down hill, throw it in neutral, left, up, right, up, left, up, and once your past the 107mph mark you can keep going. Nothing like that. Like already mentioned, you need a flashed pcm.

Haha that reminds me of a guy I knew in high school that swore to me he "broke the limiter" on his talon by going too fast. It was a 1st gen non turbo btw.

If your friend has a tuner, have him change it in your pcm. Those pcms can be tuned to work for your car, but there is no reason to go through all that hassle.

Thats because you are using the wrong code. Everyone knows the speed limiter disable code is

up up down down left right left right b a b a select start

Oops. Guess my Mortal Kombat code won't work then :D

I think the select button is the go fast button (AKA the hazard lights).

Well, those people don't know what they're talking about. How do you think everybody else tunes their stock pcm's with DHP or HPT?

The only 'locked' pcms are from those aftermarket places that do tunes that don't want people to mess with them later on.
