Rpms Drop A Little Whenever More Electricity Is Used

my engine runs fine ( for the most part). but i've noticed that when i turn on the headlights, the rpms drop a bit then they stabilize. then, with the lights on, i press the brake pedal, and rpms drop again, it seems whenever i turn on anything, the rpms drop a little, like theres too much load on the system. is this normal?

might want to have your alternator and battery checked out. This is normally an early indication of failure of one or both.

i once got my old monte carlo to die when i put both the windows up, hit the brakes, and cranked the wheel over at the same time haha

i wouldn't want to bore you guys with the list of problems i have with my car, and it's not like they're huge problems, but they're many, and too expensive for my minimum wage makin hind end too keep up with, thus the desire to put this car out of my misery. it's a nice car... don't get me wrong... i just cant afford it.

My battery is in the trunk... But mine does that as well.. Could be as simple as replacing the battery or cleaning the terminals and checking your grounds.. I wrote mine off to battery in the trunk and don't worry about it
