Site Running Really Slow Rate Topic:

Anything I can do to speed the site up?
because it took over 15 mins to load the site, login, and publish this topic...
I tried Firefox, Chrome, and IE.
Ever happen to any of you guys? how can i fix this.
PM me so i can read messages thru my e-mail because it takes to long to login and check the site for your replys

^^ what he said and the site is apparently going through an upgrade that has some other things fubared that may be causing your slow down. thank god mine loads up fine, idk what i would do with mymonte <3

56k takes a long time to load anything

Well my computer loads everything else fine on and offline...
Just MyMonte is painfully slow. so i don't think it's my computer

I haven't noticed any speed issues since the upgrade. If it's just you then I am betting it's either something on your end or for whatever reason you keep hitting internet traffic jams trying to get to the site.

What skin are you using?

Umm... I'm using a blue one? And never switched it so whichever skin it automatically gave me.
But it also won't keep me logged in so idt it's any of my settings thats causing it.
But this site also is extremely slow on my desktop computer, but this site and only this site
So, what does this site have that makes it take forever to load?

still dragging along or has it sped up for you at all? Maybe try the IP.Board mobile skin as that removes alot of extra images and JScript. If it's fast with that then we might be able to narrow it down some more.
