Lol I wouldn't buy one from milzy anyways, given his bad reviews. Find someone around you that can tune if possible. Where do you live?

your best bet is going to be getting HP Tuners and then learning to tune yourself.

You can poke around and see if someone has tuned a 3100 or 3400 before and get a copy of one of their tunes for reference purposes.

Stage 2 will probably require you to run 93 octane...

IDK about the heads - but they should work.

Stage 1 is likely a less agressive tune. Stage 2 probably has timing and fueling raised up like a b**ch making you need 93 octane.

While I'm not positive the heads will bolt right up - I'd have to say no. Some of your biggest gains will probably come from the 3400 heads. If you do get them, you might as well port the heads and intake manifolds.

Ok I guess there is tweaking if its out of a grand am lol. You need w body mounts, grand ams are n bodies. Just the uppers, and you'll need the mounting brackets for those mounts as well.

somewhere in my garage is the old PCM that i had in my monte before i demodded it. i had a crank under drive pulley and an alternator overdrive pulley on the car. the tune moved my speed limiter, upped my rev limiter, moved my upshift and downshift points, redid my fuel and air specs, and a few other things. a certain someone who shall remain unnamed did the tune for me several years back. the only issue that i had with it was that it maxed out my stock injectors.

if i can find it and you want it i'd sell it.

How ridiculously rich were you running to max out injectors on a basically stock 3100?

pretty rich. the system got maxed out as it was the only way found during the tuning process to eliminate any knock.
