running...why? So the oil pump can pump all oil into tranny, this is why I
checked it cold, if it has 3/4 of oil cold, it is supposed to have 1/2 of oil
after warm up, cause the oil pump is working...I don't know how to explain
this

That does not tell you if the oil pump is working, that doesn't make sense. You check it when its hot and running because that's just how you do it!? That's what the owner's manual says to do and that's what the dipstick is setup for. That's the only way to accurately read fluid level. Checking it when its cold then guessing how much it will go down doesn't work.
