Replacing A Oil Sending Unit Rate Topic: -----

any specific tool or specific socket or wrench to remove it im having trouble removing it and its bad doesnt work please let me know its a 95 montecarlo z34 with 3.4dohc

Have you goten the connector off yet that can be hard. You have to fish a small flat head in the hole next to the plug and get it in to a a tiny slot in the tab. Then after that a good crescent wrench should turn it out.

they sell aspecific socket to get it off at autozone its 9.99 got it off replaced it with new one low oil light is still on

Must have a break or corrosion in the wire some place. When I get home tonight all grab the diagram off my comp to you can do some test to pinpoint the break.
