Help
'97 Monte w/ 3.1L. Starts, idles, etc. unless you let it sit for a day. When it "rests" it will still start but coughs, and sputters (backfire, afterfire, bogging down). You have to start it and try to rev it at least 3 separate times over an hour or so before it magically cures itself and will go without hesitation. It has a new fuel pump and new fuel filter oon it... TPS? IAS? Cat?
