You could probably make a supercharger for a 3400 work for your 3100. Don't expect to put out as much power as a stock L67 does though.

I don't know anything about how to s/c a 3100, but I found a couple of pics of s/c 3400's that might give you an idea of what all is needed:

I recommend going CSC :D Much better gains then a roots blower. Here's a CSC 3400 setup:

Turbo it. The turbo 3100's made similar power to the SC 3800 IIRC.

Or you can drop an LS1 in it and make more power than all those choices...

Start researching. Join up on the other forums for that motor and start looking for information. Most likely any information that people here will give you is also available there.

Here is a 3400 kit that was sold in 2008: http://60degreev6.co...62-Supercharger

look at an m90 off a t-bird and look at one on an l67, its two different designs for that supercharger.

when you look at one on a thunderbird, its just sitting ontop of the intake, its not really attached. Being remote mounted you can use it and turn it to the side just like the m62 and run it like that.
but someone told me that 3500 heads flow to much for an m90 (but dont know abotu 3100 or 3400 heads
