Well, ive had some time to do some modding to the grand prix. Ive been thinking more and more engine wise what i want to do, but im still completely unsure. Also, i havent seen my lumi around in months, i used to see it every week. I have no idea where it is now, last i saw it, it was on craigslist and everyone i know flagged the ad, so hopefully it went into good hands if anywhere.


SD hood i paid $100 for because the latch is broken out, had to pay a little to get it painted and fixed because use there was a crack in the fiberglass where someone pried the hood open. No hood latch = hood pins, oh well. 100 dollar sd hood i cant complain.


I also got 5000k hids in the headlights and foglights, got my aeroforce back from the guy i sold it to (the original one from the lumi ) and got a 6th gen monte shift knob for now. Other little things i did, polished the tinted tails, got upper and lower grilles and a arrowhead (front badge) overlay.







I also did have bullitts on it for 2 weeks, sold them because they needed tires and im buying 18's in spring anyways.

And yes, i know its ridiculously shiny and rust free for being 14 years old, never repainted and now having 168k on it. Fourth gear blew out last week, so that explains that its all highway miles. I ended up looking the carfax up, it was always serviced at a dealer in Illinois by the first owner, and the second owner always serviced it here in wisconsin. Defiantly lucked out with this one..

I have to be honest. I had more fun in that car than any car ive owned. That thing seriously took a beating. What happened to it? I was driving and i lost all my brake pressure. Went and looked under the hood and the entire strut tower was snapped. I must have hit a pothole. Oh well, ill defiantly be owning another 240 in the future, but with a ls1

Yep, you did!

Reminds me of the luck I had with my '87 MC LS. Bought that in mid-2003, with just over 100K on it, from the original owner. At the time, shiny and no rust.
